YY I bought a SIM card in Indonesia. It costs 5000 Rp and activating cost is 2000 Rp (total 7000Rp=651kyats). In Rangoon some Air lines and Hospital agents give you a Sim card free but you need to activate before you use. The activating cost is 300 baht ( 7500 kyat). You can get a Sim card cheaper than in Bangkok. kpt
