ပန္းခ်ီနွင့္အေတြးအေခၚဖန္တီးသူေလးေခ်ာအိခင္သည္ဗီယက္နမ္နုိင္ငံတြင္ဥပေဒဘြဲ႕ရယူယင္းကေလးငယ္မ်ားနွင့္ စိတ္ေရာဂါရွင္မ်ားအားပန္းခ်ီပညာသင္ၾကားေနသူတဦးျဖစ္သည္။ရန္ကုန္ျမိဳ႕တြင္ Sunflower Art Gallery ကို တည္ေထာင္ခဲ့သူလည္းျဖစ္သည္။ သူ၏ေျပာင္ေျမာက္ေသာအနုပညာျပကြက္မ်ားကို ျမန္မာ..ထိုင္း...ထိုင္၀မ္...တရုတ္..အဂၤလန္တြင္လည္းျပသခဲ့ျပီးျဖစ္ သည္။
Chaw Ei Thein writes,
"Living under a dictatorship and in a closed country I am not used to describing gender or social issues, or politics more than my personal existence in my art work. So in this time I hope that (this) is a big chance to express what we, Burma are facing as problems everyday in life in my project too.”
